Information relating to the general conditions of sale in force on the Robot Loisir R²D² website
Preamble
We are pleased to welcome you to the Robot Loisir (hereinafter referred to as “Robot Loisir) or “we”).
These general conditions of sale (GCS) govern, exclusively, the contractual relations between Robot Loisir and any person (hereinafter referred to as “customer”, “member”, “member”, “you”, “buyer”) who places an order on the website of Robot Loisir (hereinafter referred to as “the site”).
By using the Robot Loisir, you acknowledge having read and understood the General Terms and Conditions set out below and agree, without restriction, to be bound by them.
The choice and purchase of a product or service (activities, subscriptions) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The main characteristics of the products and services offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on the Robot Loisir website. The customer is required to read it before placing an order. However, if errors or omissions occur in this description, the responsibility of Robot Loisir could not be engaged.
General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of services (membership, activities) or items made via the website Robot Loisir and are an integral part of the contract between the buyer and Robot Loisir .
Robot Loisir reserves the right to modify these terms, at any time, without prior notice, by the publication of a new version on its website.
We therefore invite you to consult these General Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Robot Loisir. The date indicated at the end of this page gives you information about their last update.
The T&Cs applicable then are those in force on the date of payment of the order.
Obligations of Robot Loisir
Robot Loisir undertakes to implement all the necessary technical and human resources to ensure the services offered.

Robot Loisir undertakes to respect the terms of the contract concluded with its customer in compliance with the laws federal and provincial laws in force.
Obligations of the Robot Loisir member
The member must respect the friendly and collaborative atmosphere of Robot Loisir. Also the member must show respect towards other members and not make slanderous remarks towards them or ROBOT LOISIR.
The member undertakes to provide Robot Loisir complete and accurate information, written in French or English, necessary for the proper execution of the contract, such as his name, first name, address, etc.
Also the member undertakes to inform Robot Loisir of any change to their contact details.
The customer undertakes to notify directly and as soon as possible Robot Loisir any possible difficulty relating to the execution of the contract.
The customer agrees to pay the full price requested by Robot Loisir.
Any order placed with Robot Loisir (membership of Robot Loisir, subscription, purchase of items or activities) constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The buyer has the possibility of checking the details of his draft order and correcting any errors. Before validating his order, a summary is presented to him with the details and the total price, taxes included. He can modify his basket.
From The moment the buyer validates his order, he is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of his order and in particular these General Terms and Conditions, the price and the conditions of membership.
Sale will be final upon acceptance of payment.
By joining the Robot Loisir the member releases Robot Loisir, its members and any person officially connected to it from any liability for accident or damage of any nature whatsoever that may result from its participation or presence in any Robot Loisir activities. Furthermore, considering the difficulty, even the impossibility, of systematically blurring one’s face and that of one’s guests in photos and videos taken during Robot Loisir the member authorizes Robot Loisir to use his image and those of his guests, as well as the image of his car and that of his guests, in all his publications, including online publications, without payment or compensation.
Membership of Robot Loisir
What your Robot Loisir:
- Member access to the Robot Loisir website.
- Outings and activities organized throughout the year.
Duration of Robot Loisir membership
Length of membership Robot Loisir is one year from January 1er of each year.
However, for new members registered as of 1 November of the current year, membership fees will also be applied to the following year (January to December).
Right of withdrawal for membership of Robot Loisir
You have 14 days from the date of your membership to cancel your contract. Your decision must be notified to Robot Loisir by email at robotloisirr2d2@gmail.com or by post to the following address:

Robot Loisir then undertakes to reimburse the cost of your subscription. However, Robot Loisir reserves the right to charge you processing fees and the value of the benefits membership Robot Loisir which you have benefited from.
Cancellation of Robot Loisir membership
You can cancel your membership during the year.
Each request will be studied on a case-by-case basis, but Robot Loisir cannot guarantee acceptance of requests for reimbursement of membership fees.
Renewal of membership to Robot Loisir
For members, renewal of membership to Robot Loisir does not happen automatically, so each year, a reminder for membership renewal is sent to each member of Robot Loisir.
Ordering items or booking activities
Articles Robot Loisir
The purchase of items in the store area of the website is reserved for members of Robot Loisir.
Robot Loisir has selected quality items bearing the logo Robot Loisir.
Also, on the website, each item includes a description as precise as possible as well as the measurements corresponding to the sizes to order.
Delivery of Robot Loisir items
Each item is carefully checked by the order manager when the items are received in stock and your order is prepared.
Payment
The prices displayed on the Robot Loisir are in Canadian dollars.
One payment type is accepted:

Pasecure online payment
Payments on the Robot Loisir are made through the Stripe site, a site specializing in online payment processing for e-commerce, which accepts all major debit and credit cards from all countries (Visa, MasterCard, American Express , etc.).
It is not necessary to have a Stripe account in order to make a payment, only your card details are required.
Robot Loisir has chosen a service provider specializing in online payments, notably Stripe, in order to guarantee the security in payment transactions.
Indeed, the mode payment system by Stripel complies with PCI-DSS rules and the highest security standards for online payments (HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections). Also, Robot Loisir does not store any of your financial data on its servers.
Robot Loisir reserves the right to modify the service provider for online payments or payment methods authorized on its site without prior notification.
Default in payment
For secure online payment, there can be no default of payment, because it is validated or not during the payment procedure on Stripe.
Access Restrictions
Robot Loisir reserves the right at any time to suspend or cancel the profile of a user, at their sole discretion and without notice. Robot Loisir also reserves the right to restrict a user’s access to the website , in whole or in part. Robot Loisir cannot be held responsible for any such suspension, cancellation or restriction.
Force majeure
Robot Loisir will not be responsible for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of the any of its obligations towards its customers, nor any damage or loss that its customers may suffer, if the non-performance, damage or loss results from a case of force majeure or a circumstance beyond its control.
Trademark and Copyright
This website and its content are the property of Robot Loisir and are protected by copyright in Quebec, Canada and under applicable international conventions. You do not have the right to use or reproduce the information contained therein.
Election of domicile and applicable laws
These General Conditions of Sale and the resulting purchase and sale operations are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec and in Canada.
They are written in French and English.
The parties agree (the customer and Robot Loisir) that for any claim or legal action, of any nature whatsoever, relating to the execution and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions, to choose the judicial district of Montreal in the province of Quebec in Canada, as the appropriate place for the hearing of said claims or legal proceedings to the exclusion of any other judicial district which may have jurisdiction over such a dispute according to the requirements of the Act .

Force majeure
Robot Loisir ne sera pas responsable de l’inexécution, en tout ou en partie, de l’une quelconque de ses obligations envers ses clients, ni des dommages ou pertes que ses clients pourraient subir, si l’inexécution, les dommages ou les pertes résultent d’un cas de force majeure ou d’une circonstance hors de son contrôle.
Marque de commerce et droits d’auteur
Le présent site Internet et son contenu sont la propriété de Robot Loisir et sont protégés par le droit d’auteur au Québec, au Canada et ainsi qu’en vertu des conventions internationales applicables. Vous n’avez pas le droit d’utiliser ou de reproduire les renseignements qui y figurent.
Élection de domicile et lois applicables
Les présentes CGV et les opérations d’achat et de vente qui en découlent sont régies par les lois applicables dans la province de Québec et au Canada.
Elles sont rédigées en langue française et anglaise.
Les parties conviennent (le client et Robot Loisir) que pour toute réclamation ou poursuite judiciaire, de quelque nature que ce soit, relativement à l’exécution et l’interprétation des présentes CGV, de choisir le district judiciaire de Montréal dans la province du Québec au Canada, comme lieu approprié pour l’audition desdites réclamations ou poursuites judiciaires à l’exclusion de tout autre district judiciaire qui peut avoir juridiction sur un tel litige selon les prescriptions de la Loi.
